When i browsed i saw DSAt utility can be used to get the %used of a PDS.Can anyone explain about me on this.If possible REXX appended with DSAT code |

Ah, DSAT (DataSet ATtributes). Haven't seen that one in a long time. It's part of the CBT296 file on the CBT Tape.
I think those programs were originally written by the senior Sysprog of the first shop I worked in. He was the original owner of the whole CBT Tape concept. |

DCOLLECT D records record usage in Kb, so by analysing these, you could get a more accurate usage of tracks, even within a CYL allocated dataset, but it is a bit involved. |
