How to make new CICS region to be used by the user?

I have created a new CICS region named CICS2 on z/OS 1.5

Its status is Active in the spool. Can anyone guide me how to make it active for use ie. when a user types L CICS2 on the z/OS screen ,it will be logged on in new region of CICS.

Please guide stepwise not a general one.

You have to have it active and connected to VTAM too.
