Hi All,

ISPV009

Invalid variable name
Variable 'DS .EV22' is syntactically incorrect.

Whats the reason for this dialog error.

Hello,

If this 'DS .EV22' is all or part of a dataset name, the space is invalid.

As far as I know, the period (.) is also not allowed as part of an ISPF variable name.
