It will delete all the dataset which are newly creating in the jcl.If those newly creating dataset are already catalog.
For example:
The jcl is creating a dataset a.d.c dataset.
for the first time if u run jcl it will create the dataset.And again you want to run the same jcl.You have delete the dataset a.d.c.If u used this it will automatic will delete the dataset.
