"Direct access" and "direct access unmovable&

In JCL,for DSORG there is DSORG(DA|DAU|PO|POU|PS|PSU)
DA is direct access,DAU is direct access unmovable
Then what do the "direct access" and "direct access unmovable" mean?

Unmoveable means exactly what it says, you can't just move the file around at will. You usually have to use specific tools to move the dataset to another disk, or to increase its size.
