Merging files with different LREC length into one outrec

I HAVE 8 INPUT FILE, THESE FILES ARE GENERATED BY DIFFERENT PROGRAMSAND THEREFOR HAVE DIFFERENT LREC LENGTH. i HAVE TO MERGE THESE FILES INTOONE OUTPUT FILE. CAN ANYONE TELLME HOW CAN I DO THIS IN A SINGLE JCLSTEPS..... hURRY FRIENDS ITS REALLY URGENT.....

Raj,

Since it's so urgent, you should have supplied more details.

Do you really want to "merge" the files meaning that they are each already sorted on the same key and you want them merged on that key, or do you want to copy the files one after another? If you want to merge the files, what is the starting position, length and format of the key?

What is the RECFM and LRECL of each input file? What do you want for the RECFM and LRECL of the output file?

BTW, please don't post in all uppercase - it's like shouting.
