Abend Code U0814 in IMS: Buffer pool not purged

Hi,
I am testing IMS-DC programs in BTS. To switch between different transactions and on-line screens I am using the CHNG,ISRT & PURG calls. While testing after a few switches the transaction terminates giving the RC U0814. It says the buffer pool not purged. Could anyone please help me resolve this issue and why is this happening?
