Functional Consultant
? Extensive experience in Credit Processing environment and sound knowledge of Vision Plus coupled with optional technical skills
? Ability to write functional and business requirements and handling various projects
? Liaise with multiple parties and give directions
? Ability to facilitate meetings, reviews and workshops involving external participants.
Team Leads / Module Leads
? Gathering, implementing, and testing requirements
? Responsible for estimation, planning and execution ? with specific focus on requirement analysis and design
? Good practical understanding of technology and its application
? Sound Knowledge in Cards Processing
? Fair understanding of project management skills
? Reviewing documentation and code created by development team
? Enforcing best practices including coding standards and proper configuration management
? Good personal organization and communication skills
Developer
? Excellent analytical & logical skills
? Quick problem identifier & solution provider
? Strong team player & a quick decision maker
? Good Knowledge in at least 1 module of Vision PLUS
Academics
Consistent First class in 10th/12th/UG/PG
Full Time BSc/BE/ Btech/MSc/ME/MCA
