Hi,

I have table A.
I want to know how many records are there in table A per year say for 2000,2001,2002 etc
But there is no date field in table A.
How can we get it?

Hello,

Unless/until there is a date reference available you will not be able to. If "the date" is available in some other table that can be related to this table, you could determine a date that way.

Actually, with no frame of reference there are no records for a particular year. They are just records. . . Look at the other tables used in the database and see if there is a way to relate 2 tables to get what you need.

Good luck icon_smile.gif
