Hi,
FILE A: I have a file with a list of group numbers, say 10
File B: I have another file with say 100 records in it. One of the field is group number
i want to write all the records from File B to output file which are matching with group numbers from file A.
This needs to be done thru sort.
Please help.

Prabs,
Please show an example of the records in each input file and the expected output record. Tell us the RECFM and LRECL of the input files. Tell us the starting position, length and format of the relevant fields in the input files. |
