How to link source program with the MFS Screen program

Hi all any one of you please explain it to me on how to link source program with the MFS Screen program?

In the MFS source code you need to give Transaction name of the related source program. So when you press enter in the MFS screen the transaction gets invoked which inturn should invoke your program.
