how to save the changes in view or browse meode?

No. You can not make changes in Browse mode, so there is no question of saving.
For View mode, yes, you can make changes and save those by command
REPL .ZF .ZL membername
where membername is the name of member of PDS

Or if you are modyfying plan file in view mode then give
REPL .ZF .ZL 'planefilename'

Here note that plane file name should be in quots.
