Hi all,
i want to know the procedure how our id get revoked or suspend if entered wrong password more than thrice.
can we do from user side without use of adminstrator?
and know about the RACF or ACF2 or TOP secret. |

Hello,
The "procedure" for being revoked after some number of invalid password attempts is defining the rules to the security system.
You are NOT supposed to do security things on your own. You ARE supposed to use the security administrator(s) when you have a security issue. |

Hello,
You can download RACF documentation from IBM.
ACF2 and Top Secret are available from the CA support site, but you must be a registered user.
There are thousands of references for these if you do a web search. You might also look at the product literature from the vendor sites as well. There are also forums (similar to this one) for each of the products. |
