IBM On Demand/Content Manager Developer
Columbia, SC
1 year+ contract

Complete Description:
Leads teams of technology professionals. Assists analysts with determination of requirements. Work with developers to determine specifications, design, and develop complex and business critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes either individually or as part of a project team. Act as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent. Provide design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy. Develop enterprise-level applications and custom integration solutions. Develop programming and development standards.

Required Skills:
IBM Mainframe/COBOL/DB2/IMS

Desired Skills:
IBM On Demand/Content Manager
Records Management Experience

Nice-to-Have Skills:
AIX/UNIX Platform Exp
High Capacity Storage/Compression
Enterprise-wide Archival/Content Management
