i did an assembling of BMS to generate the physical map...The size of the two load modules is huge(existing and the new load module)..some 2k increase in size...The new compiler is LE compatible...I guess there should be compiler options which makes my load module size bigger...can anyone help this out...

Try OPTIMIZE compiler option.
