Hi,
I retrieved certain fields of a record from one file and put it in another file using sort.
The same fields are there in one table.Now i need to replace the sortout results with the table field.
Can anyone please tell me how we can do it?

Hello,
Please post some sample data of what you have and what you want as a result (i.e. some input and output "records". For sequential files, show the actual record layout of the fields to be worked with. For table info, show the column name(s) and attributes.
