File-Aid is a "Data Handling Utility".
The Value of File AID
Enhance the productivity of your application developers.
Test data management controls IT costs related to test data creation.
Reduce the expense of test execution runtimes.
Prevent accidental or malicious misuse of customer information with test data privacy.
If you have it, somewhere in TSO there will be a File-Aid option. When you select the File-Aid option, you will see a screen that will be very much like:

X EXIT - Terminate File-AID and return to ISPF
Use END to terminate File-AID

One of the options is a tutorial. Go through the tutorial and you will see things you can do with File-Aid. If your site is licensed, you should be able to download the current documentation as well. |
