MSG CLASS REPRESENTSTS AS A X, THIS GIVES ALL SYSTEM AND JCL MESSAGES BEING TO BE OUTPUT(IN SPOOL).

I hope, you are asking for the meanings of a - z. They are all Installation specific attributes defined by the system administrator of your site. You have to check your Installation Conventions Worksheet. |

Hi
The msgclass A-Z & 0-9 means these are the output devices to which the Output result will be sent. |
