I have a requirement to create an empty KSDS file.
I know that we need to mention the key using KEYS (7 0) while creating the file but my question is, do we need to mention any default value for key field in the Empty VSAM file. |

If the file is empty why default key?
Just think if you have empty file how default key will exist |
