Caluculate PRIQTY & SECQTY for non-partioned index

Hi,
Iam trying to create new unique non-partition index for existing table .
index having 6 columns. the columns total lenght is 50. the table having
total count 45000800 rows.
how to caluculate the PRIQTY,SECQTY for index.
