Hi
Could anyone please let me know how we can generate DDL for existing DB2 tables? We have Fileaid for DB3 in our shop....
Please do help

Do you have BMC for DB2? Then go to BMC. Provide option 2. Then specify the table name. It will specify the table details i.e the table name, tablespace and other details. Just before the table name write ddl and press Enter. It will show you the DDL of the table you have specified. |

BMC is a Software Administrative Products for DB2. You can load and extract DB2 data; view or use any DB2 objects. Its a very good software to handle with DB2. |

hi,
if u use platinum tool
in these tool we have to go option 2
there creating stratatey for tablespace,table,index,view,alias,sysnanioms
