if abend-aid is available incase of any abend how can we trace the exact location of the problem immaterial to the input/output type for example i/o can be files or database (DB2 or IMSDB)
those who can resolve my queries immediately i never forget them their help. I am in production support there were 18 down streams systems were impacted and stopped from few hours. |

What was the abend and what is in the log? |

Hello,
I'm not sure i understand the question, but abend-aid should point EXACTLY to where the abend occurred.
In cases of something like a s0c7 or s0cb, it will also show the data causing the problem. |
