what is the use of command Binary in FTP.

The binary subcommand is used to change the data transfer type to image. You use the image transfer type to transfer files between client and server without any translation of the data.

No problem. If you haven't looked at the manuals in a while, you might want to note some of the enhancements that have been added since z/OS V1R4, and especially since OS/390.
