Hi balaji natarajan !
As a cics system programmer you should be able to read the manuals.
So, if you don't have that basic understanding, you should better be advised by a co-worker with the right knowledge. There you could learn much more as from some handsome statements here.
Also it would take to much time, to write down all the needed informations.
