Telon (or TELON) is a computer-aided software engineering tool for generating and maintaining COBOL and PL/I programs.
It was developed by Christensen Systems in the early 1980's. It bought by Pansophic Systems in 1984 before it was bought by Computer Associates in 1991 and renamed CA-TELON. (Ref- wikipedia)
