Lately, when I preview a post, it appears for a split second and then disappears giving me a blank preview box. I have to preview 2 or 3 times before the text actually stays on the screen and sometimes it never stays on the screen (like with this post). Is this a general problem? If not, is there something I need to do to fix it.
Thanks. |

I haven't noticed any problems either (IE 7.0.5730.11). |

I managed to get the screen shot into a Lotus Notes note. I don't know how to get it into another type of file. When I try, it says empty clipboard.
I could e-mail the Lotus Note with the screen shot to you, but I need your e-mail address (I don't see a "contact" e-mail address anywhere on the site?). If you don't want to post your e-mail address here, just send me a note (yaeger@us.ibm.com) and I'll reply to it. Put "Preview Problem" in your Subject line so I'll recognize it. |

Sorry Frank, I don't have Lotus in my system. Why dont you attach it as a jpg file, if you don't mind!
Open our site and Press 'Print Screen' button in keyboard, then Paste it in MS Paint, save as jpg, That's it. Use our Attachment facility to upload it here. |

You don't need Lotus Notes to receive an e-mail from Lotus Notes - it's just an e-mail client and can send e-mails to any other e-mail client. Of course, what the note will look like on the other e-mail client is another question. If you want me to try sending the note to you, send me a note and I'll reply. I did notice that when the problem occurs, it says "Error on page" on the web page.
Actually, I'll be at home for the next 3 weeks and the problem doesn't seem to be happening on my home machine so I can't recreate it here. Maybe it's just a matter of rebooting my work machine. I'll try that when I get back. Hopefully, the problem will go away and we won't have to worry about it anymore.
Thanks. |
