Hi,

Can you please let me know what is the maximum number of alternate indices that we can have for a base cluster in VSAM

Maximum of 253 Alternate indices can be specified for a Base Cluster.

Maximum of 255 alternate indices can be specified. Sorry I mentioned wrongly in the previous reply.
