Security -- How to Compress Password in ISPF ?

I am designing a panel that need the client to input passwords twice that have to show the space but not really password.

If the second input password is not the same as the first one then popping a message.

Please let me know how to get this in my panel definition and in my CList?

This is not show the passwords entered.

.ATTR(ZMCPSWD)='INTENS(NON)'
