Can anyone help me out on the following issue

We are planning to move a couple of CICS transactions from one CICS region to another. Please let me know what are all the aspects I need to consider for the transaction

What?
Other than removing the transaction definition from the first CICS region and adding it to the second, what else do you need?

Thanks for the replay William's

But it is like this " it is not removing the transactions from one region it is reflecting the same transactions in another region"

In my understanding, reflecting is the same as mirror the transactions.
So still it's the same way as William Thompson said. Copy the trans-definitions to the next system.
