What the meaning of maxcc = 3000

When i submit a job i am getting maxcc = 3000
Could anyone please let me know what the meaning of this code.

Messages    Total    Informational    Warning    Error    Severe    Terminating

The above are the maxxcc description if maxcc=4 it is warning
maxcc=12 means severe error so maxcc=3000 will be a terminating message
