How to identify input file and output file

Hi,

Is it possible to identify inputfile and outputfile by just seeing the JOB.We cnt refer the related program.Can someone just explain how it is possible.

Kavitha,
It is bit tough to predict the input and output files from a job bcos there may be an I-O file present in the job.

But However(in most cases),If the file name has DISP=(NEW,.,.) or DISP=(MOD,.,.) means that it is an output file from the job.
