how can 2 peoples can change the same program at a time

I want to do code change in the program1 and at the same time one more person wants to change the same program1
is there any tool which will help to change the program1 by 2 people at a time

Hi,

As long as...everybody got their own copy of the PROGRAM1, any number of people can modify the same program.

But to make these changes in sink, I belive it is not practically possible.

There are version control tools as Changeman which offers MERGE & RECONCILE for the packages under concurrent development.
