Unable to get the notification of job

hi all,

whenever i submit a job thro' my mainframe ID, notifcation of the job is not coming.

if nofity=&sysuid or even if i gave my id itself, notification is not coming but the jobs are executed properly.

Is there any setting thru' which i can change this

Try the command TSO PROFILE, and take a look at NOINTERCON NOWTPMSG. Alst, try the command TSO BC to see if any messages were issued.

FOR MY ID, NOINTERCOM and NOMSGID are there. but for other id INTERCOM and MSGID.

is there any way i could change this?

hi ofer,

the otion is working.. but whenever i logoff and login again, the profile is getiing reset to nointercom..

is there any permanent way to change this..

in the descrition of the PROFILE command here in the z/OS V1R7.0 TSO/E Command Reference.

Are you allowed to create your own logon script that you can make execute the PROFILE command for you each time you logon to TSO?
