could we select unique ids from DB2 catlog or directory

Hi Gurues,


I have doubts in following points. Clarifications of points helps us to achieve our requirements

1. Is there any SYSTEM table like SYSDUMMY1 from where we can take UNIQUE IDs. By the help of that table we can SELECT UNIQUE IDs directly
from DB2 system table.


Could any body help me to solve this issue.
