What r HEWL and IEWL in COBOL?

Hello Frndz,
Can u sugest me what is HEWL an IEWL in COBOL and what r their uses?

Both IEWL and HEWL serves the same expect some installation differences ,

The purpose of IEWL and HEWL is,
it will be used in link editing .
(ie) the Object module of the program is link edited to the load module.

link edition is nothing but all subprograms are connected to the object module of the main program.
