SAR, is job log, stores job log. Search forum for SAR and you might get some more info.

it means Sysout Archival Retrival


It allows you to retrieve and browseor print previously archived SYSOUT

HI,

It is right , what are the jobs we have submitted it won't be long in the SPOOL area it will automaticaly move to SAR(Time duration in the SPOOL area depends upon CLASS Parameter of JOB)
