Why Link Step in a compile JCL returns 28??

My compile JCL returns 28 in the link step. Please let me know the reason and the solutions for it.

Check compiler options.
Try to find a CLUE for the errror.

I hope return code 28 is due to improper parm parameter in link step of your Job.
