hi,
I want to know the version of DB2?
how this can be known?
and one more thing is I want to know which subsystems can be used in my user environment.

Hi Pavan,
The Present DB2 version number is 8.2. But most of the projects are using version 7. You can see this version in DB2 documentation by typing qw <sqlkeyword> at command line. You can also use FileAid for DB2. It displays the DB2 version number.
The subsystem purely depends on your system structure. For example for testing region you use one Subsystem and for realtime another sub system. You must ask DBA to provide this information. Or you can refer to your previous program.
