Change Authorization Failure Error

Hi,
While creating a package in change man, It's showing Authorization Failure.
Can any one explain me how to handle this.

Nilesh... Is nt it self explainatory.

This message says, involved Mainframe ID is not authorized to create package in that changeman library. You should contact RACF/ACF2 Admin for the same.
