Hi,

One copybook is changed and hundreds of COBOL programs need to re-compile. Is a batch way to re-compile those COBOL programs in ChangeMan? or I have to checkout it one by one?

Not sure, if there is a mass compilation... But you dont need to checkout each & every component, if there is no change invovlved in the component itself.
You can directly RECOMPILE those affected components, without checking out.
