How to get a dump from SAR using JOBNAME and JOBID?

Hi,

Can anyone help me to resolve this issue.

I have the details of JOBNAME and JOBID.

Is it possible to get a dump from SAR using this details. The dump will be used to do post-jobsubmit analysis.

I have a basic idea of SARBCH utility which requires information of LOAD ID, SEQ AND GEN. But to get the details of SEQ and GEN manually for a large no of jobid's manually is a very big task.

Is there any way to eliminate this manual process and to get the dump to a local PDS?

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi,

Thanks for that link.

The procedure mentioned in that link requires GEN and SEQ which i dont have. I have only JOBNAME and JOBID. I have around 100 JOBNAMES to process. Manually to get the Details of GEN and SEQ for each jobid is a big task which i want to eliminate.

Is there any process which will take JOBNAME & JOBID as input and gives GEN and SEQ details as output?
