I have a problem with displaying error message to CICS Map. We have properly defined area for error message display in physical map. Also during execution we are finding that in symbolic map message area , error message is properly sitting. Eventhough when map is sent ,we are finding ERROR message is scattered abruptly in map.

What is causing this problem?

Please let me know

Thanks,

Hi Guru,

You may find it easier to sent details of your problem:

map defs, screen shots code framents, etc.

Your "verbal" explanation is not getting thru.

Make sure you do a CEMT NEW to the map if you've used it before adding the ERROR field.
