Hi,

How to check whether my RACF ID has access to DFSORT Panels.

Did you try to access the panels ?
If you can't because you receive an ICH msg, ask your racf administrator to
give you the authority ? These msgs can be seen in the syslog too.

Actually, I would advise against using DFSORT Panels. We have not updated them to support many of the functions available with DFSORT. We've actually announced our intention to remove the DFSORT Panels in a future z/OS release, so it's best not to depend on them.
