From what I'm seeing on other forums, you won't find any information online. The vendor, Paysys, now a part of First Data, is:

I want to know if any IBM MF manual gives information on load module structure. I am in the process of writing a debugger in QBASIC which reads a load module downloaded from a mainframe load library. As I am sure everybody here knows that one can use file transfer with binary format as one of the two options. I wrote a small program and compiled and link-edited it and then downloaded the load module in binary format. I am able to see my code. But I should be able to process the records which give RLD entries. And of course any other control information that may be there in the file.

Anyone want to co-operate on such project? We can make this open source copylefted software and put it on a FTP site. QBASIC is still available at Microsoft website as package of olddos files. And this could be one 'free' mainframe debugger which requires no hidden costing compiler or any compilation type of activity. Just start QBASIC, open the source and run the program.
