hi,
CONTINUE will continue next logical statement(Cobol Compiler Identifies Few statements as Next Logical Statement like MOVe, ADD, READ etc...)
NEXT SENTANCE will continue after the next SCOPE TERMINATOR(.).

As I recall CONTINUE skips to the stmt after the next scope terminator.
NEXT SENTENCE skips to the stmt after the next period ("."). |
