It seems IBM is recruiting freshers(should be trained for 6 weeks atleast) thru some referral program.

We are now looking for Mainframe Trained Freshers for recruitment. The details of the requirement is as follows.
Qualifications : B.Tech/BE/B.Sc(Engg)/MCA/M.Tech
Branches : Any branch except Civil and Architecture.
Year of Passing : 2003 or later.
Percentage of Marks : An aggregate of 70% and above.
Mainframe Training requirements : Should have completed 6 weeks of Mainframe training on MVS, COBOL, VSAM, JCL, DB2 and CICS in any of the reputed training organizations.
