how to insert , in record

Hi,
anybody can plse help me.
i have one file which is having records having record lenth of 154 in that first 10 position for time stamp.after that i want to insert ","after ever
3 digits,at same time i want to convert same value into comp value
because these values i am using db2 query(where varible name in (123,234,567,...............) at same plse note varible defined in table as
small int.

Hi Veera,

Your problem stmt doesn't translate well into English. You might want to find someone (another pgmr) who can help you with the translation.
