How can I read DB2 log

I need to find all the points of update done to the DB2 tables.
How can I read the DB2 LOG to find the information.
What is the record layout of the log?
Can anyone help me?

Hope you can do runstat on tablespace to find them, will get info on the tables within that tablespace.

Please correct me if am wrong!
