CAN ANY ONE HELP ON THIS CODE?

THIS CODE STARTS ON THE FIRST COLOMN AND ON 80 TH COL WE HAVE A % SIGN CAN ANY ONE PLEASE PUT LIGHT ON THIS.

Its an include statement in IDMS we can include any sub routines or Copy books in this fashion
