BASICALLY RENAME AND STRING IS DOING SAME WORK SO WHAT IS DIFFRENCE BETWEEN BOTH OF THEM ?

As of my knowledge, there is no RENAME KEYWORD in COBOL.
Can you me more specific about whatz your doudt??
